Cancel/Modify
If you have to cancel or modify your order, you can do it within 24 hours of placing the order.
Please email us at support@gobestjs.com to modify or cancel the order.
If you cancel the order, you will be charged a fee of (2.9% + $0.30) of the order value. This is a payment gateway fee, and we do not keep this fee.
Replace Products
If the item is not as described (wrong color, design, size, style, or poor quality), please provide proof. Our team will resend a replacement at no additional cost. Be sure to check our sizing charts on product pages before ordering.
Returns
Return period: Within 30 days of receiving your order.
The product is in poor condition (damage, incorrect item, or poor printing quality), or if the packaging has been tampered with, or the product has been damaged during delivery. This item is eligible for a full refund or replacement.
We do not accept returns for personalized products customized by you.
We do not accept returns if you have chosen the wrong size, wrong color, or wrong type.
Please email us at support@gobestjs.com, choose your issue, and attach a picture of the damaged item within 30 days of receiving your order.
Refunds
If you don’t receive your product after 45 business days from the day of purchase (which rarely happens), we will refund you 100% of your money. If there is an issue with your order that is our fault, we will issue a 100% refund.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Depending on the form of payment, you will receive your refund within 5-10 business days.
Please review your order carefully before checking out to ensure it is correct. Also, allow for up to a 20% difference between the advertised images and the actual item you received. Sometimes lighting during photography or monitor displays may cause slight color differences.
