Cancel/Modify
If you have to cancel or modify your order, you can do so within 24 hours of placing the order.
Please email us at support@gobestjs.com to modify or cancel your order.
If you cancel the order, you will be charged a fee of (2.9% + $0.30) of the order value. This is a payment gateway fee, and we do not keep this fee.
If you have any other questions, kindly contact our support team via support@gobestjs.com. Please add your order number and be as descriptive as possible in your message.
Note: Kindly keep in mind that we produce on demand. We do not stock items. Once an item is being printed, it unfortunately cannot be used for any other purpose. However, if the order received does not meet your expectations, we will support you as much as possible in such cases.
You can cancel or change your order for free within 24 hours of placing it, for any reason. After that period, we will not be able to cancel or change your order free of charge. If your order has already been shipped out, we cannot make any changes or cancellations.
